I had a very nice stress and anxiety free experience at Williamsburg Ford during my latest purchase. Top notch dealership. The biggest thing I noticed were that many of the sales folks have been working there many years. That is always a great sign as to the type of business being run. That employee loyalty is still existent in speaks volumes about the establishment. My interactions were with Stu Young and Byron Lineberry. Stu had taken the time to call me and took a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I ever set foot in the dealership. After the purchase Byron and Stu arranged to get my old vehicle back to my home after the sale, which was a huge deal for me. After my experiences over the years with various dealerships, I will say that Williamsburg Ford was a breath of fresh air comparatively. Because of my experience, next time I'm looking for another vehicle Williamsburg Ford will be my first stop.
